Working closely with Registered Nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred care. You will support patients throughout their healthcare journey, helping to ensure they receive timely, effective and compassionate treatment.

You will have the autonomy to organise and prioritise your workload, contribute to patient assessment, care planning and reviews, and actively support positive patient outcomes. You will take responsibility for coordinating and delivering care for a designated group of patients, working with confidence and accountability. As a valued member of the team, you will also support colleagues by delegating appropriate tasks, supervising learners and students, and sharing your knowledge to promote a culture of learning and excellence.
Working collaboratively across the Trust, you will use your strong communication skills to build positive relationships with patients, families and colleagues. You will act as a patient advocate, uphold the NMC Code at all times, and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical practice in line with Trust values, policies and best practice standards.
