About the role
About us
MUSE is a talent management agency working in the creator economy. We represent and grow the careers of creators, models and talent, and we partner with brands on the work that comes with it. We're a team of around twenty.
We're looking for someone to take our own marketing in hand. You'll set the direction for how MUSE presents itself — our tone of voice, our social, our website and our marketing materials — and you'll give day-to-day direction to a small social and content team of three to four who produce most of the output. You'll also run our PR and our events.
This isn't a performance marketing role — there's no ad spend to manage. It's about making MUSE well known and well thought of in our industry.
What you’ll be doing:
- Set the brand direction and keep it consistent across social, website and marketing materials.
- Define our tone of voice and hold it across everything we put out.
- Give direction to the social and content team — briefing work, giving feedback and keeping standards up.
- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns that get MUSE in front of brands and creators.
- Run our PR, working with an external PR partner to land coverage and opportunities.
- Organise our events — launches, networking evenings and industry activations.
- Build relationships with brands, creators and people in the industry.
What you’ll need:
- 2–3+ years in brand marketing, PR, communications or social — agency or in-house.
- A background or genuine interest in fashion, lifestyle, beauty or entertainment.
- Strong writing, and a good instinct for tone.
- Some experience directing others' work — juniors, freelancers or an agency.
- Some exposure to PR or events; you don't need to have owned both.
- Well plugged into social, culture and the creator economy.
