We're excited to be launching a brand-new Leasing Consultant role within our growing Broker Sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join at the start of an exciting new chapter and play a key role in shaping its success.
As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers enquiring through the cinchLeasing website, providing expert guidance and tailored leasing solutions that meet their needs. Combining a consultative sales approach with exceptional customer service, you'll manage the journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle order, helping customers make informed decisions while delivering outstanding commercial results.
In this role:
- Manage inbound leasing enquiries and convert opportunities into confirmed vehicle lease orders through a consultative sales approach.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and recommending tailored vehicle and funding solutions.
- Guide customers through the sales journey, providing a seamless experience from quotation to order placement.
- Manage your sales pipeline effectively, ensuring accurate administration and timely follow-up.
- Deliver against individual sales and conversion targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all customer interactions comply with FCA regulations, Consumer Duty requirements and company policies.
We're looking for:
- A proven sales professional with experience in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at different stages of the sales cycle.
- A positive, resilient and results-focused approach, with a desire to succeed and grow within a developing team.
Desirable:
- Experience within a broker-focused leasing environment.
- Knowledge of vehicle leasing products, finance structures and funding options.
- Understanding of FCA regulations, Consumer Duty and Treating Customers Fairly principles.
- Experience using leasing, automotive CRM or quotation platforms.
