Your Role in our Mission: The Business Analyst partners with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify business needs, analyze processes, and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and overall business performance. This role leads requirements gathering, conducts in-depth data analysis, and drives alignment across departments to ensure technology and process solutions support strategic objectives. The Business Analyst plays an active role in revenue operations across sales, marketing, and customer success functions, owning key analyses and contributing to improved reporting, pipeline visibility, and process optimization. By translating data into actionable insights, supporting system enhancements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives, this role helps enable informed decision-making and measurable business outcomes.
