Our client a fast-growing contract manufacturer and engineering services provider is scaling up its push into the CleanTech sector, battery storage, EV chargepoints, energy management. Backed by decades of manufacturing expertise and a genuine growth story, this is a pivotal moment to join and shape where the business goes next.
We need a Business Development Manager who thrives on the full sales cycle, from first cold call to signed contract, winning new OEM partnerships across the UK.
What you'll be doing: Hunting new business with OEMs in battery storage, EV charging and energy management. Building consultative relationships with senior stakeholders. Owning the deal from prospecting to close. Representing us at industry events. Shaping our target list as the market moves.
What you'll bring: A proven track record in new business development, true hunter, not farmer. Ideally some background in CleanTech, energy or battery storage. Sharp relationship-building and negotiation skills. Genuine enthusiasm for electrification and sustainable tech. A full UK driving licence and the appetite for regular travel.
