About the role
Business Development Manager
London (Hybrid, 3 days/week)
£40k–£80k base + uncapped commission

Our client is a global leader in international payments and money transfer, combining the stability of a large, established brand with the pace and upside of a scaling fintech.
They're hiring a Business Development Manager to identify, engage, and close SMB and mid-market corporate clients (£5m–£500m turnover) across every vertical. This is a genuine closing role, not just a meeting-booking seat, you'll own the full cycle from prospecting through to onboarding, with a structured progression path into Enterprise Sales, Partnerships, or Team Management.
What we're looking for:
- A clear track record of career progression over the last 2+ years promotions, expanded remit, or increasing seniority
- Track record of closing deals/ 360 role
- Minimum 2 years' experience in payments or fintech/ related
- Exposure to FX is a plus, but not essential
What's on offer:
- Base salary £40k–£80k + commission paid over 2 years on a % closed business
