Requirements:
- Degree and a few years of experience in Engineering
- Experience in engineering and technology consultancy or management/strategy consulting firms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment.
- Ambition and strong commitment.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Managing commercial activities aimed at acquiring new projects;
- Creating new business opportunities with prospective clients and account management;
- Managing relationships with existing clients and identifying market opportunities;
- Driving innovation with customers through creative solutions
Business Unit Management:
- Managing and developing a team of consultants.
- Overseeing the budget and financial performance of your business unit.
- Monitoring profitability and support the growth of your business area.
Recruiting & Talent Management:
- Identifying, attracting, and recruiting new engineering talent.
- Supporting consultants in their career development in collaboration with the HR team.
- Ensuring ongoing follow-up and engagement of consultants.
