💼 Business Manager – Grocery | Tata Consumer Products (UK, Hybrid)
We have an exciting opportunity in our UK Sales team!
We’re looking for a commercially driven Business Manager to join our Grocery team, supporting Top 4 retail accounts and delivering strong growth across a dynamic FMCG portfolio.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of customer accounts, shape trading strategy, and play a key part in driving commercial performance.
🔑 Responsibilities
- Support delivery of commercial, volume, and trading objectives across key grocery accounts
- Manage P&L, pricing, and investment decisions to drive profitability
- Build and execute customer-specific strategies and joint business plans
- Lead negotiations with retail partners and influence trading outcomes
- Deliver insight-led decisions through market, customer, and competitor analysis
- Drive new product launches and distribution, ensuring optimal in-market execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to deliver growth
✅ What we’re looking for:
- Experience in account management / commercial sales (UK retail/FMCG preferred)
- Strong commercial acumen and P&L understanding
- Confident negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to turn insight into action and results
- High energy, proactive mindset, and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
