About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Management & Executive Support Specialist to support the day-to-day management and operations of our UK business.
This is a varied role covering business administration, executive support, procurement, supplier coordination, office and asset management, as well as supporting a range of operational projects. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is able to take ownership of problems and find practical solutions.
Key Responsibilitie
- sProvide day-to-day administrative and business support to the UK management team, including meeting coordination, documentation and follow-up of key actions
- .Support procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, purchase processes and supplier relationship management
- .Manage company office supplies, equipment, assets and other business materials, ensuring appropriate records and controls are maintained
- .Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of day-to-day business requirements
- .Support company events, meetings, visits and other business activities when required
- .Assist with business administration, reporting, document management and other management-related projects
- .Identify operational issues proactively, coordinate with relevant stakeholders and follow through to practical solutions
- .Take on ad-hoc projects and responsibilities according to the evolving needs of the UK business
