About the role
We are seeking a Change & Communications Analyst to support a Centre of Excellence function delivering change and communications across digital product initiatives for one of our large consulting clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their change management capability in a structured, supportive environment.
This will be a 6 month contract, with the goal to extend on past this point. This will be Inside IR35, following a PAYE contract model. You will be expected to work a hybrid model with 1-2 days a week onsite.
Targeting the following skillsets:
- Experience in Change Management.
- Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
- Reliable, proactive, and a strong team contributor
- Comfortable working in structured BAU environments
- Interest in developing change management skills and career progression
- Ability to work professionally with stakeholders at different levels
