About the role
Civil Engineer for a major offshore wind farm in The UK
Responsibilities:
- Support civil engineering delivery across assigned transmission projects.
- Provide technical input into civil engineering scopes, specifications and project requirements.
- Review civil engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, reports and contractor deliverables.
- Work collaboratively with project teams, contractors, consultants, supply chain partners and operational stakeholders.
- Contribute to design risk assessments, risk registers, HAZID, HAZOP and other project assurance activities as required.
Requirements
- Good understanding of civil engineering delivery within major infrastructure, utilities or transmission projects.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline.
- Strong experience delivering civil engineering projects, ideally within utilities, substations.
- Strong technical judgement and problem-solving skills.
