We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Cluster Sales Manager, supporting six leading hotels across London's vibrant Southbank area. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of Accor brands, driving new business, developing key accounts and maximising revenue opportunities across corporate, leisure and MICE markets.
What you'll do
- Win and develop new business opportunities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and hotel show rounds
- Drive revenue across all market segments
- Build strong relationships with clients and the Accor Sales Network
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Deliver against sales targets and commercial objectives
What we're looking for
- Previous hotel sales, account management or business development experience
- A proactive and results-driven approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Passion for hospitality and exceptional guest experiences
