Role Description The Co-Founder role is a full-time remote position responsible for helping lead and grow Runway Accountants. Day-to-day, this includes advising founder clients on financial strategy, interpreting financial data, and providing actionable insights to support scaling, funding, and decision-making. The Co-Founder will help shape service offerings, contribute to business development, and build relationships with prospective and existing clients. Responsibilities also include collaborating on marketing initiatives, refining internal processes, and supporting the overall strategic direction of the firm. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to work autonomously, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, forward-looking advisory services.
Qualifications
