Description
The Commercial Partner will be:
- Developing a successful commercial law team.
- Advising clients on a broad range of commercial agreements, strategic projects and business-critical matters.
- Driving business development initiatives and strengthening existing client relationships.
- Supporting the growth strategy of the wider practice and contributing to leadership decisions.
- Mentoring and developing junior lawyers while enhancing the team's market presence.
Profile
The Commercial Partner should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with c8+ years' PQE in commercial law.
- Experienced in leading complex commercial matters for a varied client base.
- Proven in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Commercially minded with a track record of business development and revenue generation.
- An effective leader with experience managing and developing legal teams.
