We have an exciting opportunity for a Communications & Engagement Manager on an 18-month fixed term contract to play a key role in delivering communications in support of two of our major corporate priorities.
The role
At the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), our purpose is to drive confidence and trust in legal services. We regulate over 200,000 solicitors and 9,400 law firms across England and Wales, making sure professional standards remain high and that the public is protected.
We are recruiting a Communications & Engagement Manager to manage, develop and deliver all elements of strategic communications in support of our consumer protection and data & risk corporate priority programmes. In this role you will shape and deliver impactful, outcome-dedicated external & internal communications campaigns and manage stakeholder engagement activities across both these areas of work. You will ensure that our regulated community, consumers, stakeholders and internal audiences remain informed, engaged, and assured in reforms and changes being made.
This is a high-profile area of work, offering the chance to influence understanding across the legal sector and support the delivery of two of our most significant corporate programmes.

The offer must clear both the general threshold and the SOC 3556 going rate of £55,200. New-entrant and shortage discounts can lower it.
