Reds10 is looking for an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to join our team in Portsmouth working on an MOD project.
This is a predominantly site-based role, taking ownership of projects through the construction and delivery phases, while working closely with project teams across design, commercial, production and site operations. The role will involve regular visits to project sites, alongside occasional travel to our manufacturing facility, London HQ and client locations as required.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead the successful delivery of construction projects from mobilisation through to completion and handoverWork collaboratively with Project Managers and internal delivery teams including design, commercial, production, site operations and aftercareCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure programme milestones are achievedBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, stakeholders and subcontract partnersManage project budgets, cost control and programme performance to support commercially successful project outcomesProactively identify and manage project risks, opportunities and change controlEnsure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation, CDM regulations and company standardsMonitor and drive quality assurance throughout the construction processMaintain accurate project reporting, records and communication across all stakeholdersSupport the achievement of sustainability objectives, including carbon reduction and social value targetsEnsure projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience
Demonstrable experience managing construction projects on-site from commencement through to completionExperience coordinating multiple trades, subcontractors and project stakeholdersCSCS Card (essential)SMSTS Qualification (essential)Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site operations and project delivery processesDegree in Construction Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience) is desirableMembership of APM, CIOB, RICS or similar professional body desirable but not essential
