Pay: £28000 - £32000 plus bonus and benefits
Location: London Luton
Hours: Full-time hours any 5 days over 7 Monday to Sunday. Fixed Term. This role is ideal if you’re local to London Luton, confident using smartphone apps and enjoy helping people.

What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day as our Courier Training and Onboarding Specialist
As a Courier Training and Onboarding Specialist , you’ll be the on‑site champion keeping our Delivery Unit’s running like clockwork. From supporting and guiding couriers to ensuring parcels are ready for collection, you’ll be the steady hand ensuring efficiency, compliance, and reliable service. You’ll oversee daily activity, tackle issues before they escalate, and keep the operation flowing seamlessly—so our customers get the great experience they expect.
