London | Hybrid Working (3 days office, 2 days remote)
A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced CRM & Client Data Manager to take ownership of its CRM strategy and client data management.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Bd & Marketing team and play a key role in a major CRM transformation programme. If you're passionate about CRM, data analytics, user adoption and business growth, this role offers significant visibility, autonomy and long-term career progression
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the ongoing development and implementation of the firm's CRM strategy
- Manage and optimise Interaction+ Hybrid and associated CRM technologies
- Drive data quality, governance and GDPR compliance across all CRM activities
- Develop CRM policies, processes and best practice standards
- Deliver reporting, analytics and insights to support BD and marketing activity
- Manage CRM-related suppliers and vendor relationships
- Train and support stakeholders across the business, including senior leaders
About You
You'll bring:
- 4+ years' CRM experience within a law firm
- Strong experience with Interaction+ Hybrid
- Expertise in CRM data management, reporting and analytics
- Experience driving CRM adoption and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
