About This Role
Sitting at the dynamic intersection of content creation and multi platform graphic design, this role is built for a well-rounded creative who balances core design fundamentals with high impact, social first content production. You will deliver high quality visual execution across a broad spectrum of touchpoints from e-commerce sites, subscription landing pages, and CRM emails to direct response print and packaging.
Working across high-profile brands and products like Yimbly, digital news subscriptions, OK! Beauty Box, and major national/regional marketing campaigns, you will combine motion graphics, short-form video, and AI-driven creative workflows in a fast-paced, performance-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
Content-Led Creative & Motion: Concept, shoot, edit, and animate social-first video content and motion graphics. Lead creative direction on photo/film shoots (moodboarding, storyboarding, styling) and execute post-production. Integrate generative AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway) to optimize storytelling and asset workflows.
Multi-Platform Graphic Design: Apply rigorous graphic design principles (layout, typography, retouching) across digital and print assets. Produce web/e-commerce graphics, CRM email templates, subscription landing pages, print advertising, and physical product packaging in line with brand guidelines.
Campaign Execution & Operations: Collaborate with design and customer team leads to drive campaigns from concept through delivery. Autonomously manage your workload, versioning, and asset supply in a high-volume environment while using performance insights and market trends to innovate creative output.
What You Need to Succeed
Proven Experience: Background in a digital-first environment (retail, subscriptions, e-commerce, agency) with a strong portfolio showing both dynamic content creation (motion graphics, short-form video, social ads) and multi-platform graphic design.
Technical Software Mastery: Expertise across Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma/modern UI tools, and hands-on integration of generative AI creative tools.
Commercial & Operational Focus: Strong understanding of how design impacts the customer journey, conversion, and KPIs, coupled with excellent self-management skills to deliver precise, high-volume work under tight deadlines.
Desirable Extras: On-set lighting/camera experience, packaging dieline artworking/3D mockups, direct response print production, UGC/influencer content creation, and basic UI/UX principles.
