About Natara

supplying customers across international markets.
Our manufacturing operations bring together production, supply chain, warehousing, logistics,
quality and customer service teams to deliver high-quality products safely, efficiently and on
time.
We are now looking for a Customer Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join our team at TSS.
The Role
The Customer Supply Chain Co-ordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of
the site’s customer order book.
Acting as the key operational link between Customer Service, Production, Planning,
Warehousing and Logistics, you will ensure customer orders are accurately managed from
receipt through to dispatch.
You will maintain accurate information within Oracle ERP, coordinate communication across
departments and provide timely updates on order progress. The role will play an important part
in helping Natara meet customer expectations and achieve strong On Time In Full delivery
performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day management of the site’s customer order book.
- Ensure customer orders are accurately maintained within Oracle ERP.
- Monitor orders from receipt through to dispatch.
- Proactively identify delays or issues that could affect customer deliveries.
- Act as the operational link between Customer Service, Production, Planning,
- Provide regular updates on production progress, dispatch schedules and delivery
commitments.
About You
We are looking for an organised and proactive individual who can manage changing
Priorities Within a Fast-paced Operational Environment. You Should Have
- Liaise with Production and Planning teams to understand manufacturing priorities,
- Coordinate urgent customer requirements and changes to delivery priorities.
- Work closely with Warehousing and Logistics to ensure finished goods are available for
- Maintain accurate order information, inventory movements and delivery updates within
- Produce daily and weekly reports covering customer orders, overdue orders, dispatch
- Support the investigation and resolution of customer order issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve order management, communication and customer
- Ensure all activities are completed in line with Natara’s health, safety, quality and
About You
We are looking for an organised and proactive individual who can manage changing
Priorities Within a Fast-paced Operational Environment. You Should Have
- Previous experience within manufacturing, production, logistics, warehousing or
- Experience coordinating customer orders, production schedules or logistics activities.
- Experience working across multiple departments within a busy operational
- Previous experience using an ERP or MRP system.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- A good standard of education, including GCSE English and Mathematics or equivalent.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- The confidence to communicate effectively with colleagues across different
- A proactive approach to identifying, resolving and escalating issues.
- A qualification in Supply Chain, Business Administration or Manufacturing would be
