With over $2bn in revenue and 12,000 employees worldwide, we are expanding our data centre capability and are looking for a technically credible, customer-facing Data Center Solutions Engineer to join the team.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product development and customer strategy. The position focuses on building deep technical partnerships with key customers, influencing early-stage design decisions, and shaping future-ready data centre solutions.
The Role
Act as the technical lead for optical connectivity within assigned key accounts, ensuring AFL is positioned as the primary technology partner. Drive engagement at both technical and strategic levels, influencing customer roadmaps and aligning solutions to evolving data centre architectures.
Translate complex customer requirements into actionable engineering and product development outputs, while maintaining strong, trusted relationships with technical stakeholders.
