About the role
Demand Generation Manager / London / Hybrid / £70,000 + Bonus
A private equity-backed, leading international media organisation is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to build and lead a brand-new demand generation function as part of a significant investment in digital growth.
Following substantial investment, the business is accelerating its digital transformation, expanding beyond traditional events into memberships, digital products and year-round customer engagement. This is a high-impact role focused on building scalable audience acquisition strategies, driving qualified pipeline and shaping the future of the organisation's marketing capability.
The Role
You'll be responsible for building the organisation's demand generation capability from the ground up, driving audience growth and commercial performance across multiple digital channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the overall demand generation strategy across paid, organic and partnership channels
- Building scalable audience acquisition and lead generation programmes
- Creating automated lead nurture journeys and always-on marketing campaigns
- Managing demand generation budgets and channel performance
- Driving conversion rate optimisation through testing and data analysis
- Reporting on campaign performance, audience growth and commercial KPIs
- Working closely with Brand, Campaign Marketing and Marketing Operations teams to optimise customer journeys
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing
- Experience building multi-channel acquisition strategies within a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM and lead nurture
- Data-driven approach with experience using analytics to optimise campaign performance
- Experience across paid media, search, social, partnerships and email marketing
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
