We're looking for a Digital Content Designer to elevate our user journeys and bring greater cohesion to the way content is used throughout Ffern's digital product. Reporting to the Design Director, you'll work in one of our growth pods and, in tandem, sculpt our wider content design processes and practices.
About you
You're a wordsmith and UX advocate with strong visual acumen and an affinity for the world of Ffern.
You're able to synthesise a cacophony of ideas into sharp, compelling content. Testing and iteration is a core part of your process, and you're using AI thoughtfully to augment the impact of your expertise.
What you'll do
Write, design, test and iterate content for our key user journeys.
Define how Ffern's voice manifests in areas of our digital product driven by function and performance - collaborating with writers in our brand team.
Establish guidance, systems and review processes - empowering colleagues in growth and design to deliver on-brand content in their own areas of work.
Use AI tools, skills and workflows to further the reach and impact of your work.
Act as a bridge between growth, design and brand - advocating consistent, strategic and brand additive UX.
What we're looking for
Please note, we don't expect candidates to have everything on this list. While Ffern presents unique challenges, we'd love to hear about any experience you believe is particularly relevant. Please add this in our 'Why Ffern' section.

The offer must clear both the general threshold and the SOC 3133 going rate of £41,700. New-entrant and shortage discounts can lower it.
