Digital Content Executive (Architecture and Analytics)

We're looking for a Digital Content Executive (Architecture and Analytics) to join our team in London on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary of £ 35,000 and a hybrid working pattern of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home each week.

What you will be doing;

• Support the development of ICAEW's website information architecture through the collection and analysis of web usage data.
• Create and maintain website content audits to support effective content management and improvements.
• Implement information architecture and content changes through ICAEW's content management system (Sitecore).
• Analyse user feedback, website metrics and testing results to identify opportunities to improve online user journeys.
• Work collaboratively with Content & Distribution and Technology teams to improve the structure, usability and performance of digital content.
• Manage the upload of video and audio content, analyse its usage, and support analysis of the impact of LLMs on web content.

Experience

• Experience working with content management systems (CMS), ideally including Sitecore.
