SOC 1121 (75% match) is an eligible occupation, with a going rate of £55,000, and COWI is a licensed sponsor. That is our reading of the rules. Whether they issue a Certificate of Sponsorship is still their call.
This could also be SOC 2127 (Engineering project managers and project engineers, Role coordinates multidisciplinary engineering project delivery and interfaces across disciplines) or SOC 1123 (Production managers and directors in mining and energy, Offshore substation topsides for wind energy could be energy production management). We read the code off the advert, so it is our best guess, not the employer's.
