Experience

Essential

• Proven experience of working within a busy administrative environment
• Experience of managing / processing financial management documentation i.e. payment applications, invoices etc
• Experience of working closely with internal customers to resolve queries
• Proficient in taking meeting notes / actions
• Experience of assisting in drafting reports
• Proficient with Microsoft packages

Desirable

• Experience of working within a contract management environment with defined processes / procedures
• Experience of escalation management and resolution
• Experience of financial management platforms including coding, raising purchase orders etc

Qualifications

Essential

• A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade 5

Desirable

• Contract Management / IWFM qualification
