SOC 5249 is an eligible occupation, but we classified this role with low confidence (53% match). If the code is right — and Alexander Daniels Global is a licensed sponsor — it should qualify, but double-check the occupation eligibility rules against the actual role.
Alexander Daniels Global is supporting a leading global AM OEM company actively looking for a Field-Programmable Gate Arrays Engineer (FPGA Engineer). In addition to the hardware, the organisation provides software and support services that help customers optimise manufacturing workflows and achieve consistent, high‑quality output.
As an FPGA Engineer, you'll play a key role in the design, development, testing, and optimisation of FPGA-based electronic systems used within precision machinery and advanced capital equipment. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop solutions that push the boundaries of performance, accuracy, and reliability.

The offer must clear both the general threshold and the SOC 5249 going rate of £45,800. New-entrant and shortage discounts can lower it.
