About the role
Finance Systems Analyst | Oracle PBCS & FCC | Central London | £55,000 - £65,000 plus bonus & package
Goodman Masson are currently partnering with a global PE Backed Technology business on their search for a new Finance Systems Analyst. This is a fast-growing, internationally recognised group operating across multiple global markets.
Sitting within a high-performing Group Finance function, you'll take hands-on ownership of the systems powering the group's budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and statutory consolidation cycles.
The Opportunity:
- Ownership: Lead day-to-day administration of Oracle PBCS — configuration, metadata, business rules and Groovy scripting — supporting the full budgeting and forecasting cycle.
- Consolidation: Support Oracle FCC, a newly implemented consolidation platform, covering security, configuration, upgrades, testing and issue resolution.
- Influence: Partner directly with FP&A stakeholders to gather requirements, drive continuous improvement, and help shape the systems roadmap.
What they're looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience administering Oracle Planning (PBCS/EPBCS)
- Knowledge of Groovy scripting, calculation scripts and business rules
- 2-3+ years' experience with consolidation software, ideally Oracle FCC, Hyperion or HFM
- Strong understanding of core finance processes and IFRS-based consolidation
- Comfortable operating in a complex, international business
Hybrid: 3 days remote, 2 days in a Central London office
