Role Description The Fire Protection Engineer will support facilities across the London Area, United Kingdom, in an on-site, contract capacity. This role involves designing, reviewing, and maintaining fire protection systems, including fire detection, alarm, and suppression systems in a variety of building types. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site inspections, performing risk assessments, verifying compliance with relevant fire and safety codes, and preparing technical reports and recommendations. The engineer will collaborate with facility managers, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure that fire protection measures are properly installed, tested, and maintained. Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Fire Protection Engineering and Safety Engineering, with the ability to design and review fire protection solutions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Fire Safety and Life Safety principles, including risk assessment and code compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Fire Suppression Systems, including inspection, testing, maintenance, and performance evaluation.
