About the role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Solution Consultant (Banking Domain) to join a new Greenfield Cloud-native Bank Development programme during its implementation phase. Having successfully completed Discovery, the programme is now transitioning into delivery of a modern cloud-native digital banking platform.
This role will serve as the programme's primary banking domain expert, ensuring implementation decisions remain aligned with banking best practices, regulatory expectations and the business vision established during Discovery. Working alongside architects, product teams, designers, business analysts and engineering leads, you will bridge business and technology while helping deliver a secure, compliant and customer-centric banking platform.
In this role, you will become the trusted banking advisor for the programme, ensuring the implemented solution remains aligned with the strategic vision established during Discovery while enabling timely delivery, reducing implementation risk and maintaining regulatory compliance.
You will play a critical role in helping deliver a modern digital banking platform that provides an exceptional customer experience while meeting the operational and regulatory expectations of a regulated financial institution.
