The Role
We are looking for a creative, proactive and highly organised Group Content Creator to support content capture and content creation across the Domis Group.
This is a Group role, created to benefit and support multiple businesses within the wider Domis Group. The successful candidate will help create and deliver content for each of the Group companies, supporting their individual brands, services, projects and audiences through a consistent pipeline of high-quality, engaging content.
You will play a key part in strengthening the digital presence of our Group businesses by producing content that showcases projects, people, milestones, events and brand personality across a wide range of channels. This will include supporting content needs across construction, landscaping, interior fit-out, outdoor living, mechanical and electrical services, design and other specialist business areas within the Group.
You will create both long-form and short-form content across a varied mix of sectors and services, ensuring that content is tailored appropriately for each business, platform and audience.
While content creation will be the core focus of the role, there will also be opportunities to support the wider marketing function during quieter periods. This may include channel management, campaign support, events, basic design work, website updates, SEO tasks, reporting, internal coordination and day-to-day marketing activity.
This role reports directly to the Group Marketing Lead. Travel will be required across the North West to capture live projects, events and company activity, with a strong focus on monthly project progression content across Manchester and Leeds.
Working as part of a small marketing team within a large and fast-moving business, the successful candidate will need to be hands-on, adaptable and confident managing multiple priorities at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture photo and video content across Domis Group projects, offices, events and team activity
- Create engaging content for use across social media, websites, internal communications and wider marketing campaigns
- Produce content that supports the visibility and growth of each Group company, reflecting their individual services, audiences and brand positioning
- Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content suitable for a range of digital platforms
- Identify new content opportunities that support brand visibility, audience engagement and business growth across the Group
- Assist in planning and maintaining a consistent content pipeline across all Group companies
- Support content campaigns from idea through to delivery
- Conduct interviews and help create people-led content that humanises the brands across the Group
- Work with site teams, project teams and internal stakeholders to coordinate and capture relevant stories
- Capture regular project progression content across live developments in Manchester, Leeds and the wider North West
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and is appropriate for each business and platform
- Organise, manage and maintain content files and media libraries for future use
- Support with website updates, SEO-related tasks and light copy support where required
- Provide support with general marketing activity including reporting, campaign coordination, meetings and ad hoc projects
Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone with strong creative instincts, excellent practical content skills and the confidence to work independently in a busy environment.

- Basic understanding of broader marketing activity, including campaigns and digital content performance
- Proven experience filming on construction sites and a clear understanding of safe site working practices, including the ability to produce RAMS for site-based content capture operations
- Experience of working across multiple brands or business units would be highly beneficial
- Drone operation skills would be highly desirable
Construction industry experience is not essential, but applicants should be able to demonstrate transferable experience in content creation within a fast-paced commercial environment.
It is not essential, but it would be highly preferable for the successful candidate to already hold the relevant qualifications to support drone-based monthly project progression capture across Manchester and Leeds, specifically as a CAA-compliant drone operator with a valid Flyer ID and Operator ID.
Applicants who include a portfolio or strong examples of previous work with their application will be at a significant advantage. Shortlisted candidates will be expected to provide a portfolio or examples of previous work.

- Working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am to 3:30pm on Friday
- Role is primarily office-based in Wigan
- Travel across the North West is required as part of the role
- Regular travel to projects in Manchester and Leeds will form part of the role
