Description

Purpose

The Senior Talent Partner (GTM) will be embedded alongside our partners and their internal talent teams to deeply understand hiring challenges, organisational structures, and individual team dynamics. You’ll own and develop hiring strategies that support our partners’ growth plans.

Internally at Elements, you will drive the continued success of those around you through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mentoring. You will have the opportunity to contribute to internal initiatives that further develop our company culture and ways of working.

Role Responsibilities

  • Partner with key stakeholders to assess their talent requirements and facilitate a successful hiring process.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers across the business.
  • Deliver the end-to-end hiring process for roles at all levels, including running effective briefing sessions with hiring managers, applicant screening, compiling strong longlists and shortlists, candidate briefings, interview scheduling, and facilitating feedback sessions to support the successful closing of roles with high-calibre hires.
  • Identify and reach out to high-calibre, passive candidates, and maintain relevant candidate pools—engaging them on our partners’ behalf through multiple channels, ensuring the partner’s brand is conveyed accurately at all times.
  • Manage active candidates with regular updates on application progress, interview briefings, and detailed, sensitive feedback to ensure an excellent candidate experience and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Lead weekly delivery syncs, escalating issues appropriately and proposing solutions to mitigate risks in a timely manner.
  • Take responsibility for your own development and proactively seek opportunities to grow.
  • Support the development of junior team members and/or peers through mentoring and knowledge sharing (e.g., onboarding or training).
  • Broaden your domain knowledge, increase your understanding of market conditions, and stay up to date on the latest trends and developments within relevant sectors to continually build expertise.
  • Maintain accurate data and produce relevant reports as needed to support effective client communication and commercial decision-making.
  • Present and validate your own data reporting to the end partner.
  • Ensure full compliance with GDPR guidelines throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct internal interviews and consult on improvements to Elements’ processes.
  • Undertake any other ad hoc projects as required.
