Here's what you'll be doing
As the Head of Engineering, you will lead the engineering capability that underpins E.ON UK's digital products and services. Reporting to the UK Technology Delivery Director, you will shape the engineering strategy across Cloud Platforms, Frontend Engineering, SaaS Platforms, and Backend
Engineering & Architecture, ensuring they operate as one connected engineering function.
Working within a product-led, DevOps-enabled environment, you will enable the delivery of secure, scalable and reliable technology solutions that support millions of customers and colleagues. You'll play a key role in evolving our engineering capability, embedding modern engineering practices, supporting the adoption of AI-enabled delivery, and ensuring our technology estate continues to meet the needs of the UK business while aligning with E.ON Group standards.
Working closely with leaders across Engineering, Product, AI and Data, you'll help build an engineering environment that enables teams to deliver high-quality technology at pace.
