SOC 1139 (85% match) is an eligible occupation, with a going rate of £74,700, and Marks and Spencer Group Plc is a licensed sponsor. That is our reading of the rules. Whether they issue a Certificate of Sponsorship is still their call.
This could also be SOC 1137 (Information technology directors, Focus on technology transformation and SAP decoupling) or SOC 2440 (Business and financial project management professionals, Programme delivery and project management focus). We read the code off the advert, so it is our best guess, not the employer's.
We’re reshaping our Food business to broaden its appeal, protecting the magic our customers love while modernising everything else. That means outstanding quality, high sourcing standards, and market-leading innovation remain at our core, while we transform our supply chains, improve our stores, and deliver better value. We’re looking for motivated people ready to bring their whole self to work and thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious team. After all, this isn’t just food… this is M&S Food.
As Head of Programme Delivery, you will lead some of the most important change programmes across M&S Food, helping shape how the business operates in the future. With SAP decoupling, Finance Transformation and Master Data Management underway, you will connect priorities across Food, Digital & Technology and the wider business, ensuring programmes stay connected and focused on the outcomes Food needs.
The role would suit someone who has led large scale transformation within a major organisation or advised clients through technology and business change programmes. It calls for someone who can think strategically, influence confidently and stay close enough to the detail to keep change moving.
Due to high interest, this role may close earlier than advertised. We recommend applying as soon as possible.

The offer must clear both the general threshold and the SOC 1139 going rate of £74,700. New-entrant and shortage discounts can lower it.
