About The Role
As part of Reckitt’s strategic global plans for the future, we are looking for an experienced, proactive, innovative and focused individual for this senior leadership role within our Global Corporate Security team. This is a new role requiring strategic vision, operational expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a complex environment.
Reporting to the Global Director Corporate Security & Resilience, the Head of Security Operations is a global role who will lead a team responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving Reckitt’s global physical security policy, standards, assurance activity, asset protection, investigations and loss prevention frameworks. This role ensures the protection of people, assets, and operations across all sites, globally and throughout the extended supply chain. As a member of the senior leadership team, the role drives enterprise-wide security risk mitigation while leading a high-performing team of Corporate Security professionals.

About The Role

Reporting to the Global Director Corporate Security & Resilience, the Head of Security Operations is a global role who will lead a team responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving Reckitt’s global physical security policy, standards, assurance activity, asset protection, investigations and loss prevention frameworks. This role ensures the protection of people, assets, and operations across all sites, globally and throughout the extended supply chain. As a member of the senior leadership team, the role drives enterprise-wide security risk mitigation while leading a high-performing team of Corporate Security professionals.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the creation, rollout, and governance of Reckitt’s Physical Security Policy and associated global standards.
- Progressive leadership experience in global physical security, ideally within manufacturing, supply chain or FMCG sectors.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-site operations and supply chain security in regulated environments.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and lead global, remote teams.
- Background in policy development and standards implementation.
- Experience with UK, European and US security regulations and best practices.
- Experience managing third-party security contracts and budgets.
- Degree in Security, Risk, Business or a related field and/or professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, CEM or CSyp.
