SOC 2323 (80% match) is an eligible occupation, with a going rate of £42,200, and Northumberland County Council is a licensed sponsor. That is our reading of the rules. Whether they issue a Certificate of Sponsorship is still their call.
This could also be SOC 1139 (Functional managers and directors not elsewhere classified., If the role is primarily senior management of a specialist function rather than education advisory.) or SOC 2469 (Welfare professionals not elsewhere classified., If the focus were direct SEND welfare casework rather than strategic leadership.). We read the code off the advert, so it is our best guess, not the employer's.
