Strategic tip: apply early

Sponsored roles fill quickly, and the ones that name a salary go quickest. If this one looks right, apply in the first few days rather than saving it for the weekend.

About The Role

This is an opportunity to lead services that make a direct and tangible difference to the health and wellbeing of LGBTQ+ communities.

LGBT Foundation is looking for an experienced and ambitious leader to become our new Head of Services: Sexual Health. This senior leadership role combines strategic vision, operational delivery, partnership development and people leadership, offering the chance to shape the future of LGBTQ+ sexual health support across multiple regions and national programmes.

You’ll lead a respected and growing portfolio of services, working alongside talented colleagues, commissioners, partners and communities to improve health outcomes for LGBTQ+ people.

As Head of Services: Sexual Health, you’ll be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the programme and ensuring that ambitious plans translate into high-quality, impactful services that deliver real outcomes for communities.

This is a role for someone who wants to influence systems, develop services, build partnerships and lead talented teams while contributing to one of the UK’s leading LGBTQ+ charities.

We are taking positive action to encourage applications from people of colour (PoC) and other racially minoritised communities, trans*, non-binary, and/or older people (aged 50+), to improve the representation of colleagues from these communities in our staff team.

  • Trans is an umbrella & inclusive term used to describe people whose gender identity differs from that which they were assigned at birth; including non-binary people, cross-dressers, and those who partially or incompletely identify with their sex assigned at birth.

Ready to apply? Applications go to the employer's own site.

This description is the source posting as it read when we added it. We are not affiliated with LGBT Foundation, so check their own site for the current details.

About sponsorship for this role

Does this job guarantee visa sponsorship?

Not necessarily. LGBT Foundation holds a sponsor licence, but sponsorship for a specific hire is always the employer's decision. Be upfront in your application that you'll require it.

What salary is needed for this role to be eligible?

Skilled Worker roles must clear both the general salary threshold and the occupation-specific going rate. See our occupation eligibility guide for the current figures.
