  • Act as the primary point of contact for HMRC and equivalent tax authorities across all operating regions.
  • Ensure all tax returns and submissions are completed accurately and on time, maintaining Lotus's reputation as a trusted and compliant organisation.
  • Develop and maintain the Group Tax Risk Register, including associated controls, processes and documentation.
  • Map tax responsibilities across the organisation and ensure clear ownership and accountability.
  • Support the Senior Accounting Officer (SAO) regime and ensure ongoing compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and develop the tax function, creating a high-performing team capable of supporting the evolving needs of the business.

Not necessarily. Group Lotus holds a sponsor licence, but sponsorship for a specific hire is always the employer's decision. Be upfront in your application that you'll require it.

What salary is needed for this role to be eligible?

The offer must clear both the general threshold and the SOC 2423 going rate of £48,500. New-entrant and shortage discounts can lower it.
