Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
As Head of Transformation for the Technology and Communications Division, you’ll coordinate large transformation projects and shape the Division’s approach to transformation, ensuring that changes are coordinated, adopted well and deliver lasting business value.
What will you be doing?
As the main transformation interface for the Division, you’ll drive visibility of critical activities and act as the central link between Group and Division priorities. You’ll shape and lead the change management strategy in collaboration with operational leaders and specialists. By monitoring readiness, adoption and risks, you’ll provide valuable insights to senior stakeholders. You’ll champion a people-first approach, empowering teams to embrace new ways of working. Working closely with senior leaders and programme teams, you’ll align efforts, mitigate impacts, and maximise value. You’ll also establish robust change management standards and frameworks for consistent, best-practice delivery.
What you’ll bring
You have a solid grasp of change management principles and proven experience applying them across complex environments. Adept at engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, you build alignment and commitment for change at every level. Your expertise lies in crafting and delivering impactful communication strategies that boost understanding and drive adoption. Analytically minded, you define and use key metrics to measure change effectiveness, providing clear insights and assurance to inform confident decision-making.
