Role: Head of Transformation
Location: We offer Choice-Based Working, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK. You'll also have access to our Konica Minolta and Regus offices nationwide, with occasional travel as the business requires.

Join Us as a Head of Transformation
As our next Head of Transformation, you will lead the organisation's technology-enabled transformation agenda, overseeing enterprise change delivery, business systems, data and analytics, information governance and security. Working as a key member of the operations senior leadership team, this role is responsible for translating business strategy into scalable solutions, measurable outcomes and operational excellence.
This role leads multiple specialist teams and portfolios, balancing transformation delivery with operational excellence, regulatory accountability, and continuous improvement.
The role has accountability across the following areas:
Key responsibilities include:
Enterprise Deployment Leadership
Govern the end to end Project Management and enterprise portfolio (customer and internal), ensuring alignment to business strategy, benefits realisation, capacity, risk and financial controls across customer and internal initiatives. Support Executive Sponsors on enterprise-wide change for complex, cross-functional and high-risk change.
Systems Leadership
Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for organisation wide systems teams, ensuring platforms are secure, resilient, scalable and effectively adopted by the business and customers. Align with European IT in system lifecycle management from selection and design through deployment, optimisation and retirement.
Support organisational Transformation
Support the organisation's technology‑enabled transformation agenda, translating defined business strategies into clear roadmaps that span systems, data, process and people change. Ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable outcomes, sustainable adoption and long‑term value, not just technical delivery.
Internal Transformation & Change
Lead the internal projects and business change team, embedding structured change management, clear accountability and benefits tracking.
Data, MI & Insight Enablement
Lead Data and MI teams to deliver trusted data, reporting and insight that support executive decision‑making, performance management, forecasting and regulatory requirements. Establish data ownership, quality standards and governance across the UK organisation in alignment with European data and IT strategy.
Information Governance & Security
Set the strategic direction for information governance and information security, ensuring appropriate policies, controls and assurance mechanisms are in place to protect organisational, customer and employee data in alignment with European strategy. Oversee security risk management, Information Security related certifications and customer security responses.
Technology Strategy & Investment Leadership
Provides senior technology leadership across delivery, systems, data and security, including direction, investment governance, vendor oversight and technology risk assurance. Provide clear advice on technology choices, trade‑offs and long‑term implications.
DPO, Governance, Risk & Assurance
Ensures delivery teams comply with DPO direction and GDPR requirements, ensuring GDPR and data protection obligations are met, risks are identified and mitigated, and privacy‑by‑design principles are embedded across systems, processes and transformation initiatives.
People & Capability
Build, lead and develop multi‑disciplinary teams through coaching, mentoring and clear career pathways. Strengthen organisational capability across delivery, systems, data and security disciplines, fostering high engagement, accountability and continuous skills development.
