We have an exciting new opportunity to join our dedicated and supportive team at April Court as a Host.
April Court is a Residential Care Home for Adults with Learning Disabilities. The friendly and committed team at April Court are passionate about ensuring our residents are supported to maintain their individuality.
As a Host, you will play an important role in supporting the nutrition, hydration and wellbeing of our residents/clients. Working closely with care staff, you will help create a positive mealtime experience by serving meals, encouraging independence and social interaction, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment. This rewarding role requires a caring and respectful approach, good communication skills, and a commitment to promoting dignity, safeguarding and high-quality care at all times.

Day shifts - working 3 hours a day across the week including weekends – hours 3.30 pm to 6.30 pm

We provide high quality care and support to older people; people with physical and learning disabilities; people with mental health needs; dementia; carers and clients’ families. This extends to respite care for families and carers.
We operate services across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, ranging from Residential Homes, Day Services, Supported Living sites and Reablement Home Care.
