About the role
Our team of Human Resources Coordinators are the first point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, employees, and operations non-employees, escalating issues to the People Partnering team, managers, or other People teams where necessary.
As a HR Coordinator, you will provide an efficient, proactive administrative and operational service from the start of the employee lifecycle to the end, including accurate data processing for new starters, employees, and non-employees. You will develop a deep understanding of your customer group in terms of movements and changes by working closely with the People Partnering team and Science Operations Administrators.
You will be using our Workday system, which plays a central role in how we operate at the Crick, seamlessly supporting functions across HR, Finance, IT administration, and cross-departmental collaboration.
This role offers a high level of autonomy, giving you the chance to take ownership of your work while also contributing to exciting projects that will enhance your skills and broaden your HR experience.
