The Role
Reporting to the Indirect Procurement Director, this is a broad procurement role managing a variety of spend categories across a complex, multi-site hospitality business.
The role offers a great balance between strategic category management and hands-on procurement. You'll lead sourcing projects, negotiate with suppliers and develop category strategies, while working closely with stakeholders across the business.
