We perform over 250 transplants each year, have the largest living kidney donor programme in the country and are a supra-regional centre for both combined kidney/pancreas and pancreasalone transplantation. The pancreas programme is growing and around 25% of our living donor transplants are antibody incompatible.
We offer a full range of peritoneal and haemodialysis therapies both at home and through a network of satellite units. We are nationally recognised for quality of care, innovation in clinical practice and service delivery, and for our close functional and geographical integration with the research programmes of both the MRC Transplantation Centre and the Comprehensive Biomedical Research Centre.
