YOUR MISSION:
You will support the planning process from seasonal range planning and purchasing through to in-season trading, promotions, product launches and price management. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and a commercial mindset, with a focus on identifying opportunities and risks and taking action to maxmise Ecommerce performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support seasonal ecommerce planning in collaboration with the Senior Planner, Provide support across the wider eCommerce business on category performance, rate of sale (ROS), and seasonal planning.
- Monitor weekly trading performance, identifying bestsellers and underperformance, and take proactive action to optimise stock, margin, and risk.
- Support promotional strategy, including markdowns and in-season activity, ensuring alignment with GM targets and accuracy across digital channels.
- Part manages seasonal range plans, ensuring customer relevance and alignment to top-down financial targets (Net Sales, GM%, MD%, Buy Volume, ST%).
- Contribute to seasonal and in-season range reviews, using historical performance to inform future strategy.
- Lead the purchasing plans: Order placement dates management, Size break creation and working with the purchasing team to ensure all has been placed correctly.
- Delivery Tracking to ensure products arrive at the warehouse on time
- Managing Product launches, Instore dates and in-season product changes management. Ensuring all internal files and updates are communicated to the wider teams.
Price Management [uploads, and weekly price checks]
YOUR TALENT:
- Proven experience in merchandising, Buying or planning.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
- Solid understanding of trading, range planning, pricing, Purchasing and delivery tracking.
- Understanding of marketplaces would be advantageous
