What We Typically Look For

• Strong professional experience developing software in modern C++
• Excellent understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures and object-oriented design
• Experience building performant, scalable and maintainable systems, with strong debugging and optimisation skills
• Experience in one or more areas such as gameplay systems, game engines, graphics, developer tooling, platform or backend engineering
• Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD, version control and modern development practices
• A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex technical problems
