We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Pharmacist - HIV & Sexual Health to provide strategic and operational leadership for our specialised pharmacy services across East Kent, East Sussex and Medway.
In this pivotal role, you will lead and develop pharmacy teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe and cost-effective pharmaceutical care within HIV and Sexual Health services. You will be responsible for service performance, workforce management, financial oversight and information governance, while supporting evidence-based prescribing and service excellence.
As the Trust's expert pharmacy lead for HIV and Sexual Health, you will provide professional, legal and ethical guidance, drive service improvement initiatives, and play a key role in implementing new commissioned programmes and strategic action plans.
