This locum post offers the successful applicant the opportunity to practise Urogynaecology at MFT, with a 10 PA job plan, for a period of 6 months. This is a locum post to ensure the service continues delivering exceptional care to women with pelvic floor dysfunction in the current healthcare climate and national challenges for urogynaecological services and provide on-call cover to the emergency gynaecology service across the trust. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team. Previous experience at Consultant level is desirable but not essential. The post will be suited to someone who wishes to gain experience of working in a tertiary urogynaecology unit and there will be appropriate access to professional development opportunities.
To maximise both the quality of care for women, and the professional development opportunities for consultants, it is expected that the successful candidate may need to work across more than one site, although job plans will be configured to minimise the need to travel between sites in the same day. A flexible approach will be required of the successful applicant to suit the evolving health care landscape in Manchester.

Not necessarily. Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust holds a sponsor licence, but sponsorship for a specific hire is always the employer's decision. Be upfront in your application that you'll require it.
The offer must clear both the general threshold and the SOC 2113 going rate of £45,900. New-entrant and shortage discounts can lower it.
