Role Overvie

wOur Cluster Maintenance Manager will always be motivated and highly engaged to provide personalised world class customer care and service to all guests, team members, clients and directors, in line with our brand standards and procedures – ensuring every guest request is completed promptly and decisively, and aspiring to make the impossible, possible

.As part of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplined maintenance team in the delivery of the short and long-term planning and management of the engineering operations for the cluster properties, across both the front and back of house. You will ensure an efficient and economic running of the engineering disciplines, supplying services as required to the entire operation and maintaining equipment, building and utility services in optimum condition

.This role will include operational cluster shift coverage across a seven-day senior duty management rota and working between properties on a rotational basis

Main Responsibiliti

• esLead the planning, scheduling and delivery of all preventative and reactive maintenance programmes across accommodation, public areas, and mechanical and electrical plant syste
• msDevelop and deliver annual OPEX, CAPEX, repair and refurbishment plans, on time and within budg
• etProactively control maintenance consumable costs against departmental budgets and revenue performan
• ceDrive product quality standards and property upkeep through regular strategy meetings, performance reviews and continuous improveme
