Dalkia have an opportunity for a permanent, full-time Handy Person to join our facilities maintenance team based at our facilities in Golders Green, London.
Hours
Monday to Thursday 7.30am – 4pm
Friday 7.30am – 2pm
- 1 Sunday per month
The Role
All general basic maintenance repairs such as:
- Painting and Decorating
- Carpentry
- Basic Plumbing inc. water treatment
- Basic electrical tasks
- Cleaning air handling units
- Emergency light and fire alarm checks
- Furniture repairs
- Any other ad-hoc duties
- Any relevant training courses will be beneficial
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Able to work without close supervision
- 25 days holiday increasing with length of service, plus Bank Holidays + birthday off, + option to purchase additional 5 days
